   If you're looking for something more specific than what you see, add a few letters of that word you're missing to your search. For instance, if you're searching for 'diabetes mellitus with renal manifestations', you won't find it in the top 20 results when searching 'diabetes' or 'diab'.    IMO benefits from the input of users like you. Despite its robustness, there may be times when a term you use to describe a problem or disease concept is absent from our vocabulary. Perhaps the billing code doesn't match how you would code it. For this reason, IMO has created the Vocabulary Maintenance Website to allow direct communication with the IMO Knowledge Team. New terms or updated mappings requested through this site are generally available by the next release.
